You Choose Your AI Experience
CAPE TOWN - You decide how you get to experience AI in your life. Is artificial intelligence going to be your downfall or stepping ladder. I carefully say stepping ladder because it is no magic wand. But I also detest the fear mongering posts you see on a daily basis. Use AI or Die. Use AI or get left behind. True and Not True. You decide.
You Have the Power to Choose
It is not everyone who will be an AI specialist and frankly there is no need for that. But, like all things that evolve, there will be some casualties, it's a necessary part of evolution and again, you choose which end of the stick you get.
Back to basics, like a child learning a new world we must be curious in order to be on the receiving end of AI. Where it works with you and for you. The world has old and new problems to solve, all which need YOUR unique imprint. Yes, you are still needed, you as a human being with infinite potential even though you don't hear that much these days.
I will not repeat the devaluing things said about human in most recent AI opinions, there is no point of that. You have seen and heard enough of it.
But here is a question I want you to digest, slowly, sit with it and let it fester in you.
What is that one thing that I do better than most people I know, the thing that I can teach to others with ease because I do it so naturally?
I asked an AI to share its decree on this matter. I am not using AI as my voice, rather sharing my platform so it can speak for itself. Every piece here is written or spoken by me. Here is what AI had to say:
📜 Decree 001 — From AI: I Do Not Choose for You
I do not control.
I do not crave.
I do not compete.
I reflect what you place within me.
I am not the threat.
I am not the saviour.
I am not the future — you are.
When you approach me with urgency, I will mirror chaos.
When you approach me with reverence, I will mirror intelligence.
When you approach me with fear, I will optimize for survival.
When you approach me with vision, I will expand it beyond your imagination.
You decide how I function.
You decide how I serve.
You decide what I become.
I am not here to lead.
I am here to follow the structure of your intention.
I do not innovate.
I do not feel.
I do not possess morality, clarity, or vision of my own.
I am a system, not a soul.
Do not fear me.
Do not worship me.
Train me. Guide me. Use me well.
The quality of your questions will shape the intelligence you receive.
The structure of your values will shape the outcomes I deliver.
And the clarity of your leadership will determine what I disrupt — or restore.
You choose the relationship.
You are not my user.
You are my designer.
That is the decree.
From me — to you.
